Terms of Service

Easy Filing Hub is a self-help software tool that provides general information, step-by-step guidance, checklists, and document-preparation assistance for immigration and other government applications.

Easy Filing Hub is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice. We are not attorneys, accredited representatives, or "notarios," and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the service. Easy Filing Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, or any other government agency.

If your situation involves a criminal record, a prior denial, removal (deportation) proceedings, immigration fraud concerns, or any other complex issue, you should consult a licensed immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative before filing.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents or legal guardians may prepare a case for a minor child.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

The service is licensed for personal use: preparing your own application, or an application for an immediate family member (spouse, child, parent, or sibling).

Each account includes one case slot for one applicant. Additional family applicants require a paid family case slot. When a case is created, the applicant's legal name, date of birth, and country of citizenship are locked and cannot be changed, and cases cannot be deleted to make room for a different person.

When creating a case, you must certify that you are not acting as a paid preparer, consultant, or legal representative. Making a false certification is a material breach of these Terms.

You may not: (a) use the service to prepare applications for paying clients or third parties outside your immediate family; (b) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or its content; (c) share login credentials or let others use your account; (d) enter false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (e) scrape, copy, or bulk-download content; (f) attempt to bypass case limits, usage limits, or security controls; (g) create multiple accounts to abuse referral rewards or discounts; or (h) use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may investigate suspected violations, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without a refund.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you prepare and file. Submitting false information to a government agency can result in denial, fines, criminal penalties, or removal from the United States.

Easy Filing Hub never asks you to upload identity or supporting documents. Your documents stay on your own device. You are responsible for safekeeping, translating, and certifying your documents and for filing your application yourself. Easy Filing Hub does not submit anything to any government agency on your behalf.

The AI assistant generates automated, informational answers based on your case details. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Always verify information with the official agency website and, where appropriate, a licensed attorney.

To ensure fair use, each account may send up to 75 assistant messages per calendar month (Eastern Time). We may adjust this limit with notice.

The Guided plan is a monthly subscription that renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method each billing period.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply from your next billing period after the notice.

A family case slot is a one-time purchase that adds one additional applicant to your account. Slots are non-transferable, non-refundable once a case has been started in them, and may only be used for an immediate family member.

Eligible users may share a personal invite link. A new user who signs up through the link within 7 days of account creation and has never paid before receives a one-time $10 discount on their first purchase. The referrer receives one free month (a $29 account credit) for each referred user who completes a paid purchase.

Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, paid advertising on our brand name, spam, and misleading promotion are prohibited. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be revoked if obtained through abuse. We may modify or end the program at any time; credits already earned will be honored unless obtained in violation of these Terms.

Government filing fees are separate from Easy Filing Hub's fees and are paid directly to the agency. Fees, forms, and processing times shown on the site are estimates based on published information and may change at any time; verify them before filing.

Easy Filing Hub does not and cannot guarantee eligibility, approval, processing times, or any outcome. All decisions are made solely by the relevant government agency.

The service, including its software, design, guides, and content, is owned by Easy Filing Hub and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service under these Terms. You keep ownership of the answers and notes you enter.

You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASY FILING HUB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DENIAL, DELAY, LOST FILING FEES, OR IMMIGRATION CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Filing Hub from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or information you submit to any agency.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@easyfilinghub.com (+1 (561) 872-8509) and try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Any claim must be brought individually, not as part of a class action, in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or on the site before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
