   Gather targeted evidence

   Collect exactly what was requested, with translations.

   Watch out: More is not always better.

   Common rejection reason: Irrelevant evidence.

   Assemble with original notice on top

   Put the RFE notice on top with a cover letter.

   Watch out: Send one complete response.

   Common rejection reason: Notice not included.
